📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead WMS (warehouse management system) implementation, configuration, and go-live for new 3PL warehouse sites and client account onboardings
• Manage ongoing WMS support, enhancement, and upgrade projects and coordinate with the WMS vendor or system integrator for issue resolution
• Oversee ERP integration with WMS and TMS for seamless data flow across inventory, order management, billing, and transport modules
• Analyze business requirements from operations teams and translate them into functional specifications for IT development or WMS configuration changes
• Manage logistics IT infrastructure at warehouse sites including servers, network, handheld devices, barcode scanners, and printing equipment
• Lead technology change management by training warehouse supervisors, coordinators, and floor staff on new WMS features and process changes
• Evaluate and manage technology vendor relationships including WMS providers, TMS vendors, and hardware maintenance partners
• Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery compliance for logistics IT systems across all sites managed

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics, or MBA with strong IT and operations background from a recognized institution
• 4 - 10 Years of experience in logistics IT, WMS implementation, or supply chain ERP management roles
• Proven experience implementing or managing a WMS such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Infor WMS, HighJump, or equivalent at a 3PL or logistics site
• Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP MM or Oracle Logistics and their integration with WMS and TMS platforms
• Strong business analysis skills to gather operations requirements and translate them into IT specifications and system configurations
• Experience managing system integrator (SI) relationships, vendor contracts, and SLA-based IT support for logistics technology platforms
• Ability to lead cross-functional change management for new WMS feature rollouts, process changes, and technology upgrades at warehouse sites
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
