🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Any graduate degree from a recognized university
- 1 - 4 Years of life insurance sales experience
- Valid IRDAI life insurance agent or corporate agent license
- Knowledge of life insurance products: term, ULIP, money back, endowment, and pension plans
- Ability to explain product features including tax benefits under Section 80C and 10(10D)
- Self-motivated, persistent, and customer-centric approach to sales
