📌 Key Responsibilities
- Originate, process, and disburse home loans, personal loans, auto loans, and business loans
- Source new loan customers through direct sales, DSA channels, and builder tie-ups
- Collect and verify loan application documents including KYC, income proofs, and property documents
- Conduct field visits to verify customer residence, employment, and business details
- Coordinate with credit analysts for loan appraisal and processing within turnaround time
- Follow up on pending loan files and ensure timely sanction and disbursement
- Build relationships with builders, dealers, and DSA partners for loan sourcing
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Com/BBA/MBA in Finance, Banking, or related field
- 1 - 5 Years of experience in loan sales or processing
- Knowledge of retail loan products: home loan, LAP, personal loan, auto loan
- Experience with field verification and document collection
- Good understanding of KYC norms, income assessment, and credit bureau reports
- Sales-oriented with ability to meet monthly loan disbursement targets
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred for field verification roles
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
