📌 Key Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and register loan applications from branches, DSAs, and digital channels
• Verify completeness of loan documents including KYC, income proofs, and property papers
• Enter loan application data into the loan origination system accurately and within TAT
• Conduct CIBIL and bureau pulls for loan applicants and record credit scores
• Coordinate with legal, valuation, and technical teams for property loan processing
• Inform branch officers and customers on pending document requirements and status
• Prepare loan files for credit manager review and maintain physical and digital file records

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com/BBA or any graduate degree from a recognized university
• 0 - 2 Years of loan processing or banking back-office experience
• Strong data entry accuracy and ability to work with high volume loan applications
• Knowledge of home loan, personal loan, or MSME loan documentation requirements
• Familiarity with loan origination systems (Finnone, LoanSquare, or similar)
• Attention to detail for document verification and data accuracy
• Good MS Office skills and ability to manage multiple loan files simultaneously
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
