• Plan and execute marketplace promotional campaigns including deals, coupons, and sponsored product placements to drive revenue
• Monitor account health metrics including order defect rate, late shipment rate, and policy compliance scores
• Analyze competitor listings, pricing trends, and keyword performance to identify gaps and growth opportunities
• Coordinate with catalogue, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure listing availability and fulfilment readiness during promotions
• Prepare weekly and monthly account performance reports covering revenue, traffic, conversion, and return rates for management review

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in Business, Commerce, or any stream from a recognized institution
• 0 - 4 Years of experience in marketplace seller central operations, e-commerce account management, or digital retail
• Working knowledge of product listing optimization, sponsored advertising, and promotional mechanics on online marketplace platforms
• Analytical mindset with comfort using Excel or Google Sheets for performance data review and reporting
• Understanding of marketplace account health requirements and policy compliance for seller accounts
