📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine clinical lab tests including biochemistry and haematology
• Process and handle patient and student practical samples safely
• Assist faculty in conducting practical sessions for MBBS students in lab departments
• Operate and maintain lab instruments including analysers and centrifuges
• Maintain lab safety and infection control standards
• Document test results and maintain lab records accurately
• Assist in stock management of reagents and lab consumables

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• DMLT or B.Sc. MLT from a recognised institution required
• Prior experience in a clinical or medical college lab preferred
• Knowledge of biochemistry, haematology, and microbiology lab techniques required
• Familiarity with lab safety and infection control protocols required
• Ability to operate and maintain clinical lab analysers required
• Experience in histopathology section cutting is an advantage
• Fresh DMLT or B.Sc. MLT graduates with internship experience eligible
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
