📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, 2D animations, and animated explainer videos for client digital campaigns, social media ads, and website hero sections
• Develop animated brand assets including logo reveal animations, intro/outro templates, lower thirds, and branded motion templates for video content
• Design kinetic typography animations for social media content, promotional videos, and client brand campaigns
• Produce Lottie animations for web and app UI using Adobe After Effects and Bodymovin plugin for lightweight interactive implementations
• Collaborate with video editors and graphic designers to integrate motion graphics elements seamlessly into edited video deliverables
• Create animated social media ad creatives for Google Display Network, Meta Ads, and YouTube pre-roll placements as per campaign specifications
• Build reusable motion template libraries for recurring campaign elements to increase production efficiency across client accounts

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of experience in motion graphics design with a portfolio demonstrating 2D animation, explainer videos, and branded motion work
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects with strong understanding of keyframing, expressions, motion paths, and effects compositing
• Experience creating Lottie animations using Bodymovin for web and app integration in digital product and marketing campaigns
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator for preparing vector assets that are then animated in After Effects
• Understanding of animation principles including easing, timing, anticipation, and follow-through to produce fluid and engaging motion
• Experience integrating motion graphics into video editing workflows using Adobe Premiere Pro dynamic link
• Design degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts is preferred
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
