- Ensure regulatory and statutory compliance including labour law, GST documentation, warehouse licensing, and safety standards at all sites managed
- Prepare monthly operations MIS and present performance, financial, and business development updates to senior management and client stakeholders
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- MBA from a recognized institution; Graduate with strong track record in 3PL operations also considered
- 5 - 12 Years of experience in contract logistics or 3PL operations with at least 3 years in a site management or operations manager role
