📌 Key Responsibilities

• Pick products from warehouse shelves accurately based on order slips or WMS-generated pick lists
• Pack orders according to product fragility, size, and marketplace or D2C brand packing standards
• Apply correct labels, barcodes, and shipping documents to packed orders before dispatch to courier partners
• Conduct quality checks on picked items to verify product condition, quantity, and order accuracy before packing
• Organize inventory in the warehouse to maintain zone cleanliness, proper stacking, and easy access during peak periods
• Scan barcodes at each fulfilment step to update order status in the warehouse management system in real time
• Meet daily pick-pack productivity targets and report exceptions such as damaged stock or missing items to the supervisor

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 12th pass or Graduate degree from a recognized board or institution
• 0 - 2 Years of experience in warehouse operations, packing, or logistics; freshers are welcome
• Physical fitness to stand for extended periods and handle goods of varying weight during fulfilment shifts
• Basic literacy for reading order slips, product labels, and packing instructions
• Familiarity with barcode scanning devices is an advantage but training is provided
• Good attention to detail to catch order errors, wrong products, and packaging defects before dispatch
• Willingness to work in shift patterns including early morning or late evening shifts during peak season
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
