📌 Key Responsibilities

• Pick orders from bin locations accurately using WMS-generated pick lists, wave picks, or zone picking assignments
• Pack picked items according to client-specified packing standards including box type, dunnage, and labeling requirements
• Apply outbound labels, barcodes, and shipping marks to packed cartons or pallets before staging for dispatch
• Supervise or assist in loading vehicles to ensure correct consignments are loaded in the sequence matching the delivery route plan
• Complete WMS outbound transactions including pick confirmation, pack confirmation, and shipment closure for each order
• Handover dispatched consignments to the carrier or transporter with signed lorry receipt and delivery challan documentation
• Meet daily pick-pack-load productivity targets and report shortpicks, damaged stock, and loading exceptions to the supervisor
• Conduct shift-end reconciliation to confirm all open orders are either dispatched or have documented reasons for pending status

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized institution
• 0 - 3 Years of experience in outbound warehouse operations, order fulfilment, or dispatch handling
• Knowledge of order picking methods including zone picking, batch picking, and wave picking in a WMS environment
• Ability to follow client packing standards and apply correct outbound labels, barcodes, and documentation to each shipment
• WMS transaction experience for pick confirmation, pack confirmation, and shipment closing is a strong advantage
• Physical fitness for pick-floor activity including walking, bending, and handling cartons of varying weights
• Good attention to order accuracy to avoid wrong-item, wrong-quantity, or wrong-address dispatch errors
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
