📌 Key Responsibilities

• Track and analyse PAR across MFI branches and produce daily, weekly, and monthly delinquency reports
• Identify overdue accounts by bucket age and flag early warning signals to operations and collections team
• Prepare NPA classification reports in line with RBI NBFC-MFI provisioning norms and policy
• Benchmark branch-level PAR performance against portfolio targets and highlight outlier branches
• Support the collections strategy team with data on chronic defaulters and high-risk borrower segments
• Develop and maintain Excel and SQL-based MIS dashboards for PAR tracking and management review
• Assist in portfolio stress testing and scenario analysis for internal risk reviews and board reporting

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have experience tracking PAR, delinquency buckets, and overdue accounts for an MFI or NBFC?
• Are you proficient in Excel and SQL for building PAR tracking dashboards and MIS reports?
• How do you identify early warning signals of portfolio stress before accounts turn NPA?
• Are you familiar with RBI NBFC-MFI NPA provisioning norms and classification criteria?
• How do you present PAR data to branch managers and operations teams for corrective action?
• Have you contributed to portfolio stress testing or scenario analysis for internal risk review?
• What is your experience benchmarking branch PAR performance across a multi-branch MFI network?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
