📌 Key Responsibilities

• Sign statutory audit reports and tax audit reports as practicing CA with valid COP
• Develop and manage the firm's client portfolio across sectors and service lines
• Lead partner-level discussions with corporate management and board members
• Set quality standards and review complex engagements before final sign-off
• Drive business development and referral network within Chennai's professional community
• Ensure firm compliance with ICAI regulations, peer review requirements, and Code of Ethics
• Mentor managers and senior staff and guide partner-track candidates within the firm

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• CA Qualified with valid Certificate of Practice from ICAI mandatory
• Minimum ten years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm environment
• ICAI membership in good standing with no disciplinary proceedings
• Experience signing statutory audit reports and tax audit reports under own name
• Established client relationships and the ability to bring client portfolio to the new firm
• Knowledge of ICAI peer review process and quality control standards
• Demonstrated leadership and business development capabilities in the CA profession
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
