🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Com/BBA/B.Tech with 2-5 years of payments operations or banking back-office experience
- Knowledge of payment systems: RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, UPI, NACH, SWIFT, and SEPA
- Experience handling Nostro reconciliation and correspondent banking operations
- Familiarity with payment operations systems (Intellect, i-exceed, or FIS Systematics)
- Attention to detail for high-value transaction processing and exception management
