📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategy across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic display, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube campaigns for agency clients
• Own budget allocation across channels and continuously optimise spend distribution based on channel ROAS, CPL, and contribution to pipeline targets
• Build and maintain multi-touch attribution models to accurately measure the contribution of each paid channel to lead generation and revenue outcomes
• Manage and mentor a team of Google Ads and Meta Ads specialists, reviewing campaign setups, creatives, and optimisation decisions
• Present quarterly performance reviews and strategic media planning recommendations to senior client stakeholders
• Evaluate and onboard new ad technology platforms, automation tools, and AI-driven bidding solutions to improve campaign efficiency at scale
• Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure landing pages, ad creatives, and tracking setups meet campaign performance requirements

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 8 years of performance marketing experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns with significant monthly budgets in an agency or brand environment
• Advanced proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with experience in programmatic buying platforms such as DV360 or The Trade Desk
• Strong analytical skills with experience building attribution models and analysing multi-channel performance data in Google Analytics 4 or similar tools
• Experience leading a team of paid media specialists and providing strategic direction on campaign structure, audience strategy, and creative testing
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CPL, and scaling successful campaigns through data-driven optimisation decisions
• Excellent client presentation and communication skills with the ability to explain complex performance data to non-technical marketing decision-makers
• Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, or any discipline; Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are expected at this level
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
