📌 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate bulk campus hiring drives including aptitude tests, GDs, and multiple interview rounds
• Develop student placement profiles, placement brochures, and batch highlight documents
• Coordinate with faculty and placement team on pre-placement training and industry readiness
• Track and report placement statistics including offers, packages, and sector-wise distribution
• Manage internship allocation, monitor conversion rates, and maintain PPO tracking data
• Represent the institution at HR conclaves, CII events, and employer networking forums

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you have five or more years of experience managing campus placements at a management institution?
• Do you have established relationships with HR leaders at companies that recruit MBA graduates?
• Have you managed bulk recruitment drives involving aptitude tests, GDs, and multiple interview rounds?
• Can you build and present student placement profiles and batch brochures to corporate recruiters?
• Have you coordinated pre-placement training programmes in collaboration with faculty?
• Are you comfortable tracking and reporting detailed placement statistics and sector analysis?
• Have you represented an institution at HR conclaves or employer engagement forums?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
