📌 Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain corporate relationships with companies for campus recruitment of final-year students
• Organize on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives for UG and PG students across departments
• Conduct resume writing, group discussion, and mock interview training sessions for placement preparation
• Register students with placement portals, maintain placement database, and track offer letter collection
• Negotiate internship and placement MOUs with IT companies, BPOs, manufacturing firms, and startups
• Coordinate with department heads to align technical skill development with placement requirements
• Prepare and publish annual placement reports and represent the college at placement fairs

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA, M.Com, MSW, or any postgraduate degree from a recognized university
• 2 - 7 Years of experience in corporate HR, campus recruitment, or training and placement roles
• Strong corporate networking ability and negotiation skills for company tie-ups
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for student training and corporate interactions
• Proficiency in placement management portals, Excel tracking, and student data management
• Prior experience as a Placement Officer or Corporate Trainer in an educational institution preferred
• Willingness to travel for corporate visits, industry meets, and off-campus recruitment events
