📌 Key Responsibilities

• Take full P and L accountability for the food processing plant including production, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and EHS functions
• Lead the plant leadership team and set annual targets for OEE, yield, quality, cost, delivery, and safety across all departments
• Own the plant's food safety management system and ensure HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSAI, and any export certification standards are fully maintained
• Drive capacity planning, capital expenditure projects, and plant expansion or equipment upgrade initiatives in alignment with business growth plans
• Manage industrial relations, contract labour compliance, and plant HR matters in coordination with the HR team
• Represent the plant during statutory inspections by factory inspectors, FSSAI officers, and third-party food safety auditors
• Build a high-performance plant culture through talent development, succession planning, and visible leadership on the shopfloor
