📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide visionary academic and administrative leadership to the entire college institution
• Manage NAAC accreditation cycles including self-study preparation, documentation, and peer team visits
• Set the academic calendar, oversee programme development, and ensure curriculum quality across all departments
• Lead faculty recruitment, performance appraisal, promotions, and capacity building initiatives
• Represent the college before the affiliating university, state government, and regulatory bodies
• Manage the college budget, fee structure, infrastructure development, and resource mobilization
• Build industry, alumni, and community partnerships to enhance student placements and college reputation

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Ph.D. with at least 15 years of teaching experience including significant administrative experience as HOD, Dean, or Vice Principal
• Prior service as Vice Principal or HOD with NAAC experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record in NAAC accreditation, research promotion, and institutional development
• Strong leadership and people management skills for faculty, staff, and student management
• Excellent communication for university liaison, management board interactions, and public representation
• Experience managing college finances, infrastructure development, and statutory compliance
• Commitment to academic excellence, ethical governance, and student-centered institutional culture
