📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance department as HOD and oversee faculty team management and appraisal
• Design finance specialisation curriculum and elective structure aligned with AICTE and industry requirements
• Supervise Ph.D. scholars in finance, accounting, and capital markets research
• Publish research in Scopus-indexed or ABDC-listed finance and accounting journals
• Represent finance faculty at academic council, Board of Studies, and senate
• Build partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions for internships and executive education
• Lead finance programme accreditation efforts and coordinate with NBA or NAAC committees

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold a Ph.D. in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related management discipline?
• Do you meet AICTE professor eligibility in terms of qualifications, teaching experience, and publications?
• How many Scopus or ABDC-listed publications do you have in finance or accounting?
• Have you supervised Ph.D. scholars in finance, accounting, or capital markets?
• Have you led a finance department as HOD or held equivalent academic leadership?
• Have you contributed to NBA or NAAC accreditation processes for management programmes?
• Do you hold a CA, CFA, or CMA qualification in addition to your Ph.D.?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
