🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Ph.D. in Nursing strongly preferred; M.Sc. Nursing with extensive publication record considered
- 10 - 22 Years of nursing teaching experience with at least 5 years in a senior faculty role as per INC Professor norms
- Extensive research publication record in nursing and health science journals
- Proven experience supervising M.Sc. Nursing dissertations and PhD scholars to completion
- Strong INC compliance knowledge for managing department documentation and inspection readiness
- Leadership and team management skills for guiding a multi-faculty nursing department
- National recognition in nursing education through conference presentations, journal editorship, or nursing council participation
