📌 Key Responsibilities

• Collect in-process and finished product samples from the production line at defined sampling intervals
• Perform physical, chemical, and organoleptic tests on raw materials and finished food products as per specifications
• Conduct FSSAI-mandated parameter tests including moisture, fat, protein, ash, acidity, and microbial count
• Prepare Certificates of Analysis for finished goods batches and record test data in QC registers
• Calibrate and maintain lab instruments including pH meters, moisture analysers, viscometers, and spectrophotometers
• Raise non-conformance alerts for out-of-specification test results and assist in CAPA investigations
• Maintain lab reagent stock, standard solutions, and glassware in a clean and calibrated condition

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Which food chemical analysis tests have you performed - moisture, fat, protein, or ash?
• Are you familiar with FSSAI food safety parameters for packaged food products?
• Have you prepared Certificates of Analysis for food product batches?
• Which lab instruments have you operated - pH meter, moisture analyser, or spectrophotometer?
• Have you performed sensory evaluation or organoleptic testing?
• Are you comfortable with AQL sampling and in-process quality checks?
• What food or chemistry subjects did you cover in your B.Sc. programme?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
