📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale quantitative consumer research studies including brand tracking, segmentation, U and A, and customer satisfaction studies
• Design robust research instruments including questionnaires, screening criteria, and sampling frameworks for quantitative consumer surveys
• Conduct advanced statistical analysis using SPSS and R including regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis, conjoint, and MaxDiff methods
• Prepare comprehensive quantitative research reports with full data tables, charts, and strategic insight commentary for client delivery
• Develop quantitative research proposals and respond to client briefs with clear methodology, sampling plan, and timeline documentation
• Manage data quality oversight across field collection stages and implement quality control checks at data entry and cleaning phases
• Mentor quantitative research executives and analysts in survey design, SPSS analysis, and client report preparation

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or Graduate in Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative discipline with two to six years of quantitative research experience
• Expert proficiency in SPSS for all standard quantitative analysis procedures including multivariate methods
• Working knowledge of R or Python for advanced statistical analysis and process automation
• Strong survey design skills including questionnaire structure, scaling methods, and cognitive testing approaches
• Experience with sampling design including probability and non-probability methods and sample weighting procedures
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end quantitative project delivery from proposal through report submission
• Strong client-facing communication skills for presenting complex statistical findings to non-specialist audiences
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
