📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured retail audits at assigned grocery, pharmacy, and modern trade stores across Chennai zones as per project schedule
• Record shelf presence, facing count, pricing, promotional display, and stock availability data for assigned product categories
• Photograph shelf layouts, displays, and out-of-stock conditions as per audit protocol and upload to field reporting systems
• Verify planogram compliance and record deviations from shelf space allocations for client brand categories
• Collect and record retail panel data including purchase invoices, stock levels, and sales for trade panel studies
• Submit completed audit data on the same day as store visits using mobile audit applications or physical forms
• Meet weekly store visit targets and flag access issues or methodology deviations to the field supervisor promptly

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline with interest in FMCG retail research and willingness to visit stores across Chennai
• Ability to conduct structured retail audits accurately and meet daily and weekly store visit productivity targets
• Basic familiarity with retail store formats including kirana stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and modern trade outlets
• Good observational skills and attention to detail for recording shelf data and product availability accurately
• Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai retail zones using own transport or public transport
• Basic smartphone proficiency for using mobile audit applications and submitting photographic evidence
• Freshers with interest in FMCG, retail, or supply chain research are welcome to apply
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
