- Track delivery executive productivity by beat including on-time delivery rate, deliveries per hour, and distance covered
- Prepare route efficiency MIS for the hub in-charge and branch manager covering beat-level performance and optimization opportunities
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- Graduate degree in any stream from a recognized institution
- 0 - 3 Years of experience in route planning, logistics operations, delivery beat management, or supply chain coordination
- Familiarity with GPS map tools and digital mapping platforms used for route and beat planning
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with Excel for volume-by-pin analysis, beat balancing, and productivity MIS
- Ability to visualize delivery zones spatially and understand how address clustering affects travel time and delivery count
- Good communication skills for explaining beat changes and route logic to delivery executives and hub supervisors
