📌 Key Responsibilities

• Operate ring frame or open-end spinning machines on the assigned section of the spinning floor
• Monitor yarn count settings, spindle speeds, and twist per inch as per the production plan and quality specification
• Perform end breakage piecing promptly to minimise production loss and maintain frame efficiency
• Carry out bobbin doffing on ring frames and package removal on open-end machines as per the doffing schedule
• Conduct visual inspection of yarn for count variation, hairiness, and contamination during the shift
• Maintain frame cleanliness by removing fly and fibre waste from spindles, rings, and travellers at the prescribed intervals
• Report machine faults, bearing noise, or spindle stoppages to the maintenance team and record in the shift log
