📌 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily liquidity position, CRR, and SLR compliance for the bank
• Execute money market transactions including call money, CBLO, and repo operations
• Manage the investment portfolio of government securities and corporate bonds
• Analyze market movements (interest rates, forex) and recommend treasury positions
• Prepare daily treasury reports including P&L, position reports, and VaR analysis
• Support Asset Liability Management (ALM) by providing liability repricing data
• Coordinate with RBI, CCIL, and counterparty banks for settlement of treasury transactions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Finance, CA, or CFA with 3-7 years of treasury or fixed income experience
• Strong knowledge of money market instruments, G-Secs, and forex markets
• Hands-on experience with Bloomberg or Reuters terminals
• Understanding of ALM, liquidity risk, and interest rate risk management
• Knowledge of RBI regulations, SLR/CRR guidelines, and FRBM norms
• Familiarity with treasury management systems (Calypso, Murex, or Kondor)
• Strong quantitative skills for market analysis and risk computation
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
