• Schedule and confirm veterinary appointments via phone, email, and clinic software
• Maintain accurate patient records, vaccination histories, and follow-up schedules
• Process billing, generate invoices, and handle payment collections
• Coordinate between the front desk and the veterinary team for smooth patient flow
• Answer enquiries about clinic services, fees, and operating hours
• Manage prescription tracking and ensure correct dispensing documentation is in place

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognised university
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Tamil for pet owner communication
• Basic computer literacy including MS Office and clinic management software
• Pleasant telephone manner and the ability to handle stressed or anxious pet owners calmly
• Organisational skills to manage appointment calendars across multiple veterinarians
• Prior experience in a medical, dental, or veterinary reception role is an advantage
• Willingness to work clinic hours including Saturdays and select public holidays
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
