📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations strategy and execution across multiple food FMCG manufacturing plants, co-manufacturing partners, and third-party units
• Set annual and long-term capacity, cost, quality, and service level targets for the entire manufacturing and supply chain network
• Drive manufacturing excellence programmes including lean, Six Sigma, and Total Productive Maintenance across all plant sites
• Own the group-level food safety governance framework covering HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, and FSSAI compliance across all facilities
• Lead supply chain strategy including raw material sourcing optimisation, logistics network design, and co-manufacturing partner management
• Partner with the business leadership team on new product launch operations, capacity expansion investments, and greenfield plant planning
• Build and develop a high-performance plant and supply chain leadership team and manage succession planning for critical operations roles
