📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web pages and landing pages using HTML5 and CSS3 that perform correctly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Convert Figma or Adobe XD design mockups into pixel-perfect, cross-browser compatible HTML and CSS code for client website projects
• Create high-converting landing pages for paid advertising campaigns with clear visual hierarchy, compelling CTAs, and fast load times
• Use Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS frameworks to build responsive layout structures efficiently and consistently across client projects
• Implement basic JavaScript interactions including form validation, modal windows, sticky navigation, and scroll-triggered animations
• Collaborate with WordPress developers and the SEO team to ensure web pages meet technical SEO standards including correct heading structure, alt text, and meta data
• Conduct cross-browser and cross-device quality testing of delivered web pages before handing them to account managers for client review

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 0 to 4 years of web design experience with a portfolio of responsive websites or landing pages built with HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
• Proficiency in HTML5 semantic markup and CSS3 including Flexbox, Grid, animations, and custom properties
• Experience converting Figma or Adobe XD design files into accurate, responsive HTML/CSS implementations
• Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS for building responsive layout frameworks efficiently
• Basic JavaScript proficiency for implementing common UI interactions without relying on large third-party libraries
• Understanding of web performance best practices including image optimisation, CSS minification, and reducing render-blocking resources
• Graduate degree in any discipline; formal design or computer science education is an advantage but a strong portfolio is the primary evaluation criterion
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
