📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own the relationship for a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and organic revenue growth from existing business
• Lead quarterly business reviews presenting campaign performance, strategy recommendations, and upcoming service expansions to senior client stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams including SEO, content, paid media, design, and web development to ensure integrated campaign execution for each client
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the account portfolio and present expansion proposals backed by campaign data and business outcomes
• Manage account profitability by monitoring hours consumed versus retainer value and escalating scope creep or resource imbalances to agency leadership
• Onboard new client accounts by conducting discovery sessions, aligning on objectives and KPIs, and setting realistic delivery expectations with internal teams
• Resolve escalated client issues or dissatisfaction quickly and strategically to protect account retention and the agency's reputation

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of account management experience in a digital marketing agency with a track record of retaining and growing client accounts
• Strong understanding of all digital marketing service areas including SEO, paid media, social media, content, design, and web development
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior client stakeholders and lead performance review meetings with confidence and strategic insight
• Experience identifying and closing upselling opportunities that increase account revenue while genuinely delivering more value to the client
• Ability to oversee delivery quality across multiple internal teams and ensure clients receive integrated, high-quality campaign output consistently
• Strong financial awareness with the ability to monitor account profitability, manage scope, and escalate when resource allocations are at risk
• Graduate degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related discipline; MBA is an advantage for senior account management roles
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
