📌 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing all communication, deliverable timelines, and feedback cycles
• Translate client marketing objectives and campaign briefs into clear, actionable internal work orders for the SEO, content, design, and paid media teams
• Coordinate the preparation and delivery of monthly campaign performance reports, presentations, and review meetings with clients
• Track deliverable progress across internal teams and escalate delays or quality issues to the account manager before impacting client timelines
• Manage client feedback cycles by consolidating revision comments, briefing the creative team accurately, and ensuring timely re-delivery
• Maintain detailed account documentation including contact records, brief history, approval trails, and campaign schedules in the agency's CRM system
• Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts and flag them to the account manager for business development action

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of client servicing, account coordination, or customer relationship management experience in a marketing agency or service environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to manage professional client interactions via email, phone, and video call
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and professional service standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including PowerPoint for presentations, Excel for reporting, and Word for document preparation
• Understanding of digital marketing services including SEO, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising to communicate campaign activities accurately to clients
• Organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-up discipline and the ability to track multiple project timelines without missing deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or agency project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Monday.com
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
