📌 Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP or Zoho Books
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and ledger reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Assist in monthly TDS deduction and challan deposit
- Maintain petty cash records and imprest accounts
- Support preparation of trial balance and profit and loss statements
- File basic TDS returns and assist with GST data compilation
🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Com or M.Com with minimum 60 percent aggregate
- Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 or Tally Prime mandatory
- Working knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Familiarity with GST invoicing and TDS deduction basics
- Ability to handle accounts up to finalization stage
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced CA firm environment
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
