📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial due diligence on target companies for M and A and private equity transactions
• Prepare quality of earnings analysis and identify normalized EBITDA adjustments
• Assess net working capital positions and identify unusual or one-time items
• Review historical financial statements and management accounts for accuracy and completeness
• Prepare red flag due diligence reports and full financial due diligence reports
• Manage data room document requests and coordinate with client and target company management
• Identify key financial risks and deal-breakers for the acquirer or investor client

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• CA Qualified with financial due diligence or transaction advisory experience preferred
• Understanding of M and A transaction processes and buyer's due diligence requirements
• Ability to analyze financial statements and identify earnings quality issues
• Experience preparing quality of earnings and working capital analysis reports
• Proficiency in MS Excel for financial modeling and data analysis
• Good report writing skills for clear and concise due diligence findings
• Ability to work under tight transaction timelines and manage multiple information requests
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
