🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- CA Qualified with minimum five years of CA firm experience mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to lead an audit or tax team and manage client engagements independently
- Strong knowledge across audit, direct tax, and GST service lines
- Experience reviewing complex financial statements and audit reports before partner sign-off
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to monitor multiple engagement timelines and ensure deadline compliance
- Leadership and mentoring ability to develop junior team members
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
