• Achieve monthly enrollment targets set by centre management for various trade programmes
• Organise local awareness camps, school and college outreach, and community engagement activities
• Manage local social media promotion and basic digital marketing for the training centre
• Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed enrollments through effective counselling and follow-up
• Maintain enrollment lead and conversion records in the CRM or centre tracking system

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate with 0-4 years of admissions, counselling, or marketing experience, preferably in education or training sector
• Good communication and persuasion skills for converting enquiries into enrollments
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of achieving admissions or sales goals
• Community outreach experience including school, college, or local event engagement
• Basic digital marketing knowledge including social media promotion
• Willingness to travel locally for outreach activities and community camps
• Empathy and patience for counselling first-generation learners and their families
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
