📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own full centre P&L including enrollment revenue, scheme funding, and operating cost management
• Lead and coordinate trainer, placement, and administrative teams across multiple concurrent batches
• Ensure centre-wide compliance with scheme quality standards, audit requirements, and certification norms
• Drive enrollment and placement target achievement in coordination with admissions and placement teams
• Liaise with scheme authorities, sector skill councils, and corporate partners on behalf of the centre
• Enforce training quality standards across all trade programmes delivered at the centre
• Develop and mentor centre staff including trainers, coordinators, and administrative personnel

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA with 4-10 years of progressive experience in vocational training or education centre management
• Demonstrated track record of managing centre P&L and achieving enrollment and placement targets
• Strong team leadership skills for managing trainers and support staff across multiple trades
• Good understanding of NSDC or state skill mission compliance and quality requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management skills for scheme authorities and corporate partner liaison
• Ability to make sound operational decisions independently while adhering to scheme guidelines
• Experience managing multi-batch, multi-trade training operations simultaneously
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
