• Communicate with parents or guardians of younger trainees regarding progress and career pathways
• Maintain counselling session records and follow-up notes for each trainee
• Support enrollment activities by explaining programme benefits and career outcomes to walk-in enquirers
• Coordinate with trainers and placement staff to address trainee concerns holistically

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any Graduate with 1-4 years of counselling, teaching, or student support experience
• Career counselling certification or psychology background is preferred but not always mandatory
• Strong listening and empathy skills for understanding trainee concerns and aspirations
• Good communication skills in the local language and English for diverse trainee backgrounds
• Patience and motivational skills for supporting trainees through training challenges
• Basic documentation skills for maintaining counselling records
