📌 Key Responsibilities

• Sell life and health insurance products to bank customers at branch and through banker referrals
• Build and maintain relationships with bank branch teams to generate quality insurance leads
• Conduct joint customer calls with branch relationship managers and personal bankers
• Achieve bancassurance premium targets across life and health insurance products
• Train branch staff on insurance products, need-based selling, and customer communication
• Process insurance proposals, collect documents, and coordinate for policy issuance
• Report bancassurance sales MIS, lead conversion ratios, and branch-wise performance

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com/BBA/MBA with 2-5 years of banking or insurance sales experience
• Valid IRDAI insurance agent license for the bancassurance insurer
• Knowledge of life and health insurance products relevant to bank customer segments
• Strong relationship management skills for working within bank branch ecosystem
• Target-driven with track record of achieving insurance premium collection goals
• Good communication in Tamil and English for customer advisory in branches
• NISM or insurance product certification from the tie-up insurer preferred
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
