📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations including deposits, loans, cash, and customer service
• Drive branch business growth through customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and CASA expansion
• Lead and manage a team of 10-30 branch staff including officers, tellers, and relationship managers
• Ensure branch compliance with RBI guidelines, KYC norms, and internal audit requirements
• Review and approve branch-level credit proposals within delegated authority
• Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution within regulatory timelines
• Conduct regular branch audits, staff performance reviews, and business planning exercises

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Finance, B.Com, or equivalent with JAIIB/CAIIB certification
• 8 - 14 Years of banking experience with 2+ years in branch management or deputy manager role
• Proven track record of branch business growth and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, credit, compliance, and RBI regulations
• Experience managing branch P&L, targets, and resource planning
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for staff and customer management
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with local business community
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
