📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create and maintain Revit architectural models for assigned projects following the firm's BIM standards and protocols.
• Extract floor plans, sections, elevations, and schedules from the Revit model for design review and working drawing production.
• Coordinate the architectural BIM model with structural and MEP models to detect and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
• Develop custom Revit families for project-specific components such as joinery, doors, windows, and cladding systems.
• Upload and manage federated models on BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud for consultant collaboration.
• Maintain BIM model quality in accordance with LOD requirements defined in the BIM Execution Plan.
• Support the project architect with model-derived quantity take-offs and schedule extraction for cost planning.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Arch or Diploma in Architecture with strong hands-on proficiency in Autodesk Revit for architectural modelling.
• 0 to 4 years of experience creating and coordinating BIM models on architectural projects at a design firm.
• Knowledge of BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud for model management and multi-discipline coordination.
• Ability to extract working drawings, schedules, and reports from Revit models to project standards.
• Experience with Revit family creation for custom architectural components and parametric building elements.
• Familiarity with Navisworks or Solibri for clash detection and federated model coordination.
• Autodesk Revit certification or equivalent professional credential is a strong advantage for this role.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
