📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead all branch operations of a SEBI-registered stock broking office including dealing, client services, and compliance
• Set and achieve monthly client acquisition, AUM, and revenue targets for the branch
• Manage and mentor a team of dealers, relationship managers, and operations staff
• Ensure full compliance with SEBI regulations, exchange norms, and internal audit requirements
• Resolve escalated client complaints and service issues within regulatory timelines
• Develop local business development strategy to grow the branch client base and wallet share
• Prepare and submit branch performance reports to regional and head office management

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA Finance or post-graduate qualification in Business Administration or Financial Services
• Minimum four years of progressive experience in stock broking branch management or senior client-facing roles
• Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, exchange operations, and broking compliance requirements
• Demonstrated track record of client acquisition and AUM growth in a broking environment
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Experience managing dealing desks, operations teams, and compliance functions simultaneously
• NISM certifications in relevant modules preferred for regulatory compliance of branch operations
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
