📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for a SEBI-registered stock broking entity
• Drive P and L accountability across all business lines including retail broking, institutional sales, research, and wealth management
• Represent the firm with SEBI, exchanges, and regulatory bodies for compliance and policy matters
• Build and lead the senior management team including business heads and compliance officers
• Develop and execute long-term business strategy for client acquisition, product expansion, and technology investment
• Manage investor or promoter relationships, board reporting, and corporate governance obligations
• Oversee risk management, regulatory capital adequacy, and balance sheet management for the broking entity

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA Finance, CA, or CFA with fifteen or more years of progressive leadership in capital markets or broking
• Prior experience as CEO, MD, or business head of a SEBI-registered broking or financial services entity strongly preferred
• Deep knowledge of SEBI regulations, exchange operations, and capital market regulatory environment
• Demonstrated track record of P and L ownership, business scaling, and team leadership
• Strong relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, and capital market ecosystem stakeholders
• Excellent board-level communication, governance, and regulatory engagement skills
• Vision and capability to drive digital transformation and competitive differentiation in broking operations
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
