📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage corporate client cash management solutions including collections, payments, and sweeps
• Set up and maintain CMS (Cash Management Systems) for corporate banking clients
• Coordinate bulk payment processing via RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and ACH for corporate clients
• Prepare daily cash flow forecasts and optimize idle corporate balances
• On-board new CMS clients and configure transaction banking products
• Handle CMS-related client queries and resolve operational issues within SLA
• Coordinate with technology teams for CMS system upgrades and product enhancements

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Com/MBA in Finance or equivalent with 2-5 years of banking/cash management experience
• Knowledge of transaction banking products: CMS, RTGS, NEFT, escrow, and sweep accounts
• Experience with CMS platforms (Finacle CMS, S1 Enterprise, or similar)
• Understanding of corporate treasury operations and liquidity management
• Good client-facing skills for on-boarding and ongoing relationship management
• Attention to detail for high-value payment processing and reconciliation
• Knowledge of RBI payment system guidelines and NPCI frameworks
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
