📌 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure organizational compliance with RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, and FEMA regulations
• Review and update compliance policies, procedures, and training materials
• Monitor and report suspicious transactions under PMLA (Prevention of Money Laundering Act)
• Coordinate regulatory inspections, audits, and respond to regulator queries
• Review new products, services, and marketing materials for regulatory compliance
• Conduct compliance training sessions for banking staff on KYC, AML, and code of conduct
• Prepare monthly compliance reports for senior management and the compliance committee

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• LLB, MBA, or CA with 4-9 years of compliance experience in banking or NBFC
• Strong knowledge of RBI guidelines, SEBI regulations, PMLA, and FEMA
• Experience managing regulatory audits, inspections, and internal compliance reviews
• CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or IIBF compliance certification preferred
• Good understanding of KYC, transaction monitoring, and AML frameworks
• Excellent documentation and analytical skills for policy preparation and review
• Ability to interface with regulators, internal audit, and senior management
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
