📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop parametric design models using Rhino and Grasshopper for complex facades, roofscapes, and organic forms.
• Create computational design scripts for repetitive elements such as facade panels, shading devices, and cladding patterns.
• Use Ladybug and Honeybee plugins for environmental performance analysis including solar radiation and daylighting.
• Produce fabrication-ready geometry outputs for CNC fabrication, 3D printing, and structural analysis.
• Collaborate with project architects to translate parametric design intent into buildable architectural details.
• Prepare computational design process documentation and presentation visuals for client design reviews.
• Explore generative design options using algorithmic variation to develop multiple design alternatives quickly.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Arch or M.Arch with strong proficiency in Rhinoceros 3D and Grasshopper for parametric architectural design.
• 1 to 4 years of experience using computational design tools on architectural projects at a design studio.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex Grasshopper definitions for facade design, form generation, or performance analysis.
• Knowledge of Ladybug Tools or equivalent plugins for environmental performance simulation within the parametric workflow.
• Basic scripting ability in Python or C# to extend Grasshopper with custom components is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of digital fabrication processes and the ability to produce geometry suitable for CNC or 3D printing output.
• Portfolio of computational design projects demonstrating range from form-finding to facade rationalization.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
