📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with large and mid-corporate clients for their banking requirements
• Structure and appraise working capital and term loan proposals for corporate customers
• Coordinate with credit teams for sanction, documentation, and disbursement of corporate loans
• Market cash management, forex, and treasury products to corporate clients
• Monitor loan accounts for financial covenants, stock statements, and EMI compliance
• Prepare detailed credit notes, financial analysis, and industry research for new deals
• Handle cross-sell of trade finance, FX hedging, and transactional banking to existing clients

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA in Finance, CA, or equivalent with 3-7 years corporate banking experience
• Strong credit appraisal skills for working capital and project finance
• Knowledge of cash management, trade finance, and corporate treasury products
• Experience dealing with CFOs, finance directors, and treasury teams of corporate clients
• Understanding of RBI guidelines on corporate lending, NPA classification, and restructuring
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and presentation tools
• Good communication and networking skills for corporate client acquisition and servicing
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
