• Define the multi-year technical vision and embedded platform strategy for the company's product portfolio
• Lead the engineering organisation of 50 to 200 engineers across hardware, firmware, and VLSI disciplines
• Drive technology selection for next-generation embedded platforms, SoC partnerships, and IP licensing decisions
• Represent engineering leadership in customer engagements, investor presentations, and board discussions
• Own the engineering operating budget, resource allocation, and headcount plan
• Lead technical due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and IP investment decisions
• Build and sustain an engineering culture that attracts and retains top embedded talent in Coimbatore and globally
