📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain embedded C firmware for ARM Cortex-M microcontrollers
• Write and debug HAL and register-level peripheral drivers
• Implement interrupt service routines and low-power sleep modes
• Integrate third-party libraries and sensor driver code
• Perform unit testing and static analysis using PC-Lint or similar tools
• Collaborate with hardware engineers during board bring-up phases
• Maintain firmware version history in Git and participate in code reviews

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Which STM32 or PIC families have you programmed at register level?
• How do you configure and debug an I2C peripheral without a library abstraction?
• Have you implemented interrupt-driven UART receive with a ring buffer?
• Describe a low-power implementation you have done with sleep modes.
• How do you handle flash memory constraints when targeting a resource-limited MCU?
• What tools do you use for firmware debugging - GDB, Keil uVision, or OpenOCD?
• Can you explain volatile keyword usage in embedded C and when it matters?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
