📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and update vocational training curricula aligned with NSDC Qualification Packs and industry standards
• Develop training materials, session plans, and trainer guides for various trade programmes
• Design assessment frameworks and question banks aligned with certification requirements
• Conduct industry skill gap analysis to identify new curriculum development priorities
• Localise training content for regional language delivery where required
• Upload and maintain training content on the institute's learning management system if applicable
• Review and update existing curricula periodically based on trainer and industry feedback

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or B.Ed with 3-8 years of curriculum design experience in vocational or technical education
• Strong understanding of NSDC Qualification Packs and National Occupational Standards
• Experience developing training materials, session plans, and assessment frameworks
• Good research skills for industry skill gap analysis and curriculum updates
• Written communication skills for developing clear trainer guides and content
• Familiarity with learning management systems is an advantage
• Ability to work with subject matter experts across multiple trade specialisations
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
