• Formulate and implement academic policies including attendance, examination, and research norms
• Oversee faculty recruitment, development, and performance appraisal processes
• Establish and sustain international academic collaborations, student exchange, and joint degree partnerships
• Represent academic affairs at the governing board, academic council, and regulatory body interactions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Do you hold a Ph.D. and meet professor-level AICTE eligibility criteria?
• How many years of teaching and academic leadership experience do you have at postgraduate level?
• Have you led NAAC, NBA, or AACSB accreditation processes for a management institution?
• Have you designed outcome-based curricula across multiple management specialisations?
• Have you overseen faculty recruitment, appraisal, and development at institutional level?
• Have you established international academic collaborations or student exchange programmes?
• Do you have experience presenting academic affairs at governing board or regulatory body meetings?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
